It is no secret that Dunville's source some of the finest Palo Cortado casks available, with their 21 Year Old having picked up Irish Whiskey of the Year at the Irish Whiskey Awards for the second time (2022 and 2024) and we can assure you sure this younger (13 year old) single cask is no exception. A truly unforgettable whiskey! With a very limited number of bottles available, this exclusive expression is perfect for collectors or as a truly special Christmas gift.

Nose

Rich and elegant, with enticing aromas of gingerbread, raisins, and dates, complemented by the sweetness of fig jam. A hint of barley adds depth, enhancing the pronounced character that captivates from the first encounter.

Palate

Dry and warm, with a beautifully smooth texture. Rich butterscotch and caramel take center stage, mingling with baking spices and a touch of dried ginger. Subtle hints of vanilla pod round out the profile, adding depth and sophistication.

Finish

Complex and perfectly balanced between dry and sweet. A lingering milk chocolate finish is elevated by orange zest and a slight peppery kick, leaving a memorable impression that invites another sip.
