Here's a classic single malt with plenty of peated notes. It's made from mainland peate from St. Fergus, Scotland and aged in first fill bourbon barrels. Expect notes of baking spices, sweet honey, marzipan and butterscotch on the nose with heather, cinnamon and ginger on the palate with a long, smokey finish. Best enjoyed neat or over ice.
