We are delighted to announce the arrival of the new LIMITED EDITION Single Cask from Redbreast whiskey, hand selected and bottled exclusively for the Celtic Whiskey Shop. This single pot still is tripled distilled and entirely matured for 16 years in Oloroso Sherry Casks. Bottled at 60.2%, single cask 34970 is limited to just 600 bottles.

Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Nose
Rich in dark berry fruits and blackcurrants, with delicate pot still spice that build over time, layered over warm toasted oak notes with hints of vanilla and mild nuttiness from the Oloroso wine.
Palate
Silky treacle like texture with the oak tannins building over time, with hints of almonds, figs and dates while the pot still spices add a further layer of complexity creating balance and structure.
Finish
The pot still spices and fruits slowly fade, leaving the oak tannins to continue until the very end.
