This release sees a marriage of whiskies aged for a minimum of 10 years in a combination of Pedro Ximenez, oloroso, Rioja, and medium-toasted American oak barrels. Bottled at natural cask strength of 58.1%, this whisky has classic sherried notes of dark chocolate and dried fruits, coupled with sweet spices and red berries – and a kick.
