Beefeater is the only internationally premium distilled spirit still made in the heart of London. The name is inspired by the yeoman warders, who famously stand watch over the Tower of London. They are locally known as Beefeaters! Lovely smooth gently mouth feel with lots of citrus flavours coming through. A little spicy with lots of juniper coming through on the finish.

Making Techniques
Still produced using recipe that was created by founder, James Burrough. Neutral grain spirit is steeped in copper pot stills for 24 hours. The stills are then gently heated. Changes from liquid to vapour, back to vapour. Different batonicals released at different stages of this 7 hour process. Master distiller must decide when to make cut. Only middle cut is used, and tops and tails are discarded.

20ml/ 0.75 parts Maraschino liqueur 20ml/ 0.75 parts Green Chartreuse 20ml/ 0.75 parts lime juice (fresh)
Method
Glass: Cocktail. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
