A very special release from Micil of just 360 bottles. This whiskey represents the perfect marriage of their Connemara and Galway City roots. Produced on a small still, this wonderful expression uses 100% Irish barley, malted with turf from our family land. Matured in Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Palo Cortado casks, imparting intense sweetness and depth to this already exceptional spirit.
