From Nusbaumer's most exceptional range of spirits. This is made using a huge amount of fruit, approximately 16kg of raspberries are macerated in each litre of pure alcohol which is then re-distilled twice to extract the full flavour of the berries. Each batch is aged for four years in stainless steel barrels before the spirit is reduced to 45% and bottled. A powerful but delicately balanced eau-de-vie.
