Teeling Single Cask 10820 Sherry Cask
70cl
Do we love sherry barrels? Yes we do! What a treat this is, a 14* year old single malt from Teeling that has been finished in lovely sherry casks. A dangerously quaffable single malt that is just a little more-ish!
*It's actually just a month short of 15 years old.

Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green

|
Nose | A great mix of dark chocolate, salted caramels, smoky bacon, dates, figs and dried apricots. |
Palate | Thick and mouth-filling. An interesting mix of dark chocolate, charred oak and burnt sugar initially on the palate. Eventually more fruity notes of dried figs, raisins and dates creep through. There's a slight salty tang which adds a refreshing and more-ish character to the whiskey. |
Finish | Fruity and zesty, very satisfying. We love it! |
Colour | Deep bronze |
