Bushmills 30 Year Old Single Malt was patiently matured in bourbon barrels and sherry butts for 14 years, before receiving a special finishing in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for 16 years. Velvety and smooth mouth feel brings hints of dates and figs, followed by praline and orange peel, developing into warm vanilla and pastry notes. It doesn’t get much more complex than this.
