A rather special first we have on our hands here in the form of Jack Daniels Triple Mash! Made from a blend of American malt, Rye, and Tennessee whiskies matured for at least 4 years. This is a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey, which means that it must be distilled by a single distiller during a single distillation season, matured in a government-bonded warehouse for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). Delivers notes of honey, malt, and soft oak leading to a long-lasting well-rounded finish.

American whiskey requires a grain mash bill, with bourbon mandating at least 51% corn, rye whiskey at least 51% rye, and Tennessee whiskey following bourbon rules with the additional Lincoln County Process charcoal filtration. Fermentation uses cultured yeast strains that significantly influence the flavour profile. New make spirit is distilled to no higher than 80% ABV and matured in new charred American white oak, the single most influential factor in the final flavour.
