Bushmills 26 Year Old Crystal Malt is a rare and innovative Irish single malt whiskey made using a unique crystal malt barley. This specialized malting process crystallizes sugars within the barley during kilning, intensifying caramel and chocolate flavours before distillation even begins. Matured for over two decades in oak casks, the whiskey develops complex layers of butterscotch, crème brûlée, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, spiced pear, and vanilla. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV, it offers a rich and smooth experience from nose to finish, with a return of oak, honeyed apples, and pear on the lingering palate.
