Initially matured in carefully selected oak casks before receiving a finishing period in Marsala wine casks from Sicily, this whiskey combines the rich, spicy character of Irish Single Pot Still spirit with layers of sweet fruit and warming spice imparted by the fortified wine casks.
On the nose, expect aromas of dried fruits, honeyed sweetness, toasted oak, and baking spices. The palate delivers notes of ripe stone fruits, raisins, caramelised sugar, and nutmeg, balanced by the signature creamy texture and spice of Single Pot Still whiskey.
