This 1995 Marsala cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, cask strength, and non chill-filtered Irish single malt. Matured for over 10 years in Oloroso butts and bourbon barrels, this single malt is then finished in Marsala casks sourced from the island of Sicily. This imparts the brown sugar and spiced fruit notes from the sweet Marsala casks onto this whiskey.

Nose
Full-bodied with an intriguing aroma of dried fruit, rich spice, and charred wood.
Palate
This triple wood-aged malt has a deep rich honey character with dried fruit undertones and pleasing notes of sweet nuts derived from oloroso sherry casks. The Marsala wine cask imparts notes of caramelized brown sugar with hints of char and roasted black coffee to create a perfectly balanced single malt whiskey.
Finish
Complex flavours longer on the palate in a long finish with hints of warming ginger.
