This here is a double distilled single Malt Irish Whiskey, matured for 6 years in first fill Bourbon cask, and finished in St Mel's Brown Ale Cask. Boasts wonderful soft malt notes, milk chocolate, brown sugar, and a gentle grace of citrus. Non chill-filtered and natural colour.
