Another addition to our Celtic Cask range - Celtic Cask Fiche. This double distilled malt has been matured in a 2nd fill Bourbon cask for 23 years. Part of this cask was then re-casked in a specially commissioned 53 litre Oloroso sherry cask for over 2 years. 

 

Very limited at 70 bottles!

Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Taste Evolves nicely, going from pineapple, lemon and orchard fruits to cereal, salty and savoury flavours.
Nose Rich sherry notes. Oloroso, salted caramel, raisins, melted butter, orange peel and milk chocolate.
Finish Great length with flavours of salted nuts, toffees, raisins and sultanas.
