Roe & Co Solera
A new Single Malt Irish Whiskey from Roe & Co family that uses the solera method and one of the first ever casks produced at the distillery. As per the Solera method, a series of refill and first fill American Oak ex Bourbon barrels, Alligator charred American oak barrels, Chestnut barrels with custom toasting profiles, and Sherry casks were used to create a diverse wood profile. Proudly distilled, created, and crafted by head distiller, Lora Hemy.

Finish | Medium dry finish with caramelised baked pear and luscious tropical fruits. |
