An exciting release from Midleton's Method & Madness range we can't wait to try! Following from the success of 2021's Rye and Malt, this expression is made from a mash bill of 60% oats and 40% malted barley and then matured in bourbon barrels. Fantastic toasted marshmallows on the nose, followed by flavours of fudge and citrus with a gentle finish with a hint of soft oats.
