This release of the ever-popular Mildeton's Method & Madness series sees a first with Irish single pot still finished in the rarest of oaks: Japanese Mizunara oak. A 30 year old Single Pot Still was matured in bourbon barrels for thirty years and then aged for a total of three years in this unique Mizunara puncheon from the land of the rising sun. The result is a whiskey overflowing with enticing vanilla, nutmeg, wood tannins, and all that single pot still spicy goodness. Limited to just 252 bottles!
