Talisker Distillers Edition

An interesting Talisker that has been finished in Spanish sweet Amoroso wine casks. This is a refined and complex version of this legendary malt. The wine cask has tamed some of edges and acts as a good foil to the smoke and pepper character. There are some nice marmalade, tobacco, spice and rich fruit flavours here.
