| Nose | A vibrant whiskey with wood shavings and leather notes to begin, leading into hints of fruit cake, crisp apple, raspberry, pine and nutmeg spice. This is layered with a rich vanilla and demerara sweetness with cereal biscuit aromas of baked biscuit to finish. |
| Palate | Rich and bold on the palate, with caramelised oak, silky vanilla, baked apple crumble flavours and a light toffee viscosity. These flavours then taper off leaving wood resin, cherry, cinnamon, clove, cracked pepper, and lemon citrus on the palate. |
| Finish | A long lingering finish of orchard fruits of apple and pear meeting with a very pleasant delicate tingle white pepper and oak spice. |
