Only the most experienced and skilful coopers in Japan can work with this type of oak. All their time and dedication are all worth it to create this superb and unique whiskey.

Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Taste Quite unique and complex. Syrupy and silky in texture. Lots of those roasted nuts and mushroom flavours with some toasted oak and exotic spices.
Nose An intriguing mix of marmalade, lime chutney, roasted nuts, shiitake mushrooms, almond butter and orange zest.
Finish Spicy, oaky complex and warming.
