Grossi Laüe is the Hugel family’s highest expression of terroir, named after the Alsace dialect term for “the finest vineyards,” and regarded on par with Germany’s Grosses Gewächs and Burgundy’s Grand Cru. Sourced exclusively from the most exceptional parcels of the celebrated Schoenenbourg Grand Cru, this wine reflects both the heritage of the region and the precision of one of Alsace’s most respected producers.

The 2015 vintage was remarkably warm, echoing the legendary 2003 season, yet the Schoenenbourg’s deep, complex soils rich in limestone and gypsum preserve remarkable freshness and balance. After vinification, the wine is matured patiently in the Hugel cellars, resting in bottle until it has reached the ideal moment to be enjoyed.
