The Glendalough Pot Still was made from a 1:2 mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley, matured for 3 years in a Bourbon cask and up to a year in Irish oak casks. Each bottle is individually numbered with tree, cask and bottle numbers. 21,000 bottle release.
