Boatyard Old Tom Gin
The award-winning Boatyard Old Tom is made using a gin base that has been distilled in their Copper Alembic Pot Still, called ‘Érainn’. Rested in hand-picked first-fill Pedro Ximénez to allow the natural sweetness of the sherry casks to absorb into the gin. The end result has incredible notes of candied lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon spice, with a silky orange finish.
