Jim Mac Irish Whiskey is a special premium blend of malt and grain, this Irish whiskey is bursting with flavour. The grain has been matured in first fill bourbon casks. The malt has been exclusively matured in first fill Oloroso sherry casks. A complex flavour, reminiscent of spicy Christmas cake and candied fruits with hints of vanilla and a deliciously warm, smooth finish.
