Sailor's Home The Journey Irish Blended Whiskey
A triple cask matured Irish Whiskey from Sailor's Home. Under the guidance of Jack O'Sé three types of casks have been chosen to age this whiskey to perfection. Firstly Irish single grain whiskey was placed in Virgin American oak casks before re-casking into classic American Ex-Bourbon barrels. This was brought together with Irish single malt to be matured in American Ex-Bourbon casks before a final finishing in rum casks selected from Jamaica.
