Gabriel Boudier Sloe Gin 50cl
A traditionally made liqueur that uses late harvested sloe which are then macerated for five weeks in Gabriel Boudier's own dry gin. A small amount of sugar is added before the gin is bottled for distribution. Try this in a sloe gin fizz or a Sloegroni cocktail.

Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water)
Sloe berry fruit, raspberry, cracked black pepper and almonds. Also notes of juniper with faint hints of citrus.
Flavour
On the palate is sloe and pronounced juniper with citrus, herbal and floral notes. Sweet and dry arriving at different points in the silky smooth taste and finish.
