The team at the Old Carrick Mill Distillery have created a small batch blended whiskey which is comprised of malt whiskey aged in red wine casks, grain whiskey aged in ex-Bourbon casks plus the extra bonus of some peated malt! Bottled to 40% ABV. Expect notes of rich vanilla and toffee along with some soft red fruit flavours and a touch of spice on the finish.
