A superb Irish whiskey all the way from the Mourne Mountains. Created from a blend of malted barley, wheat and rye, it's then transferred to American Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks. It's distinguished by its soft and subtle notes of vanilla and toffee on the nose with berry flavours and a dry, peaty finish.
