Two Stacks Maple Cask Whiskey
Two Stacks always aim to impress with their fresh and innovative whiskeys and this release is no exception. Made by using a blend of double-distilled malt and triple-distilled peated malt aged in ex-bourbon casks, combined with triple-distilled malt matured in ex-bourbon oak and finished in ex- maple syrup Imperial stout barrels. The result is almost like Canadian breakfast in a glass, with rich coffee and chocolate notes coming through and an incredibly long peated malt note with sweet maple bacon that will linger an age.
