A limited edition liqueur from Gabriel Boudier which was released after they ran a competition for bartenders to design a new liqueur. The winner was a bartender called Samuel Bolton who won with infusing makrut lime with alcohol to give a wonderful floral and citrus flavour. Be sure to try this in a Libertine Cocktail with vodka, Chartreuse, Elderflower Liqueur, Ginger Beer and lime juice.
