Choya Dry Ume Fruit Wine

Less sweet than the other expressions of Umeshu from Choya. This is more like a dry fruit wine and is made by fermenting the Ume fruit instead of macerating them with alcohol and sugar. As you may tell from the picture this is an excellent partner with Sushi and some say it works better than sake or white wine. The good overall balance of this wine means it is not limited to pairing with sushi and can also work well with all fish and many white meat dishes.
