Another release from West Cork's Maritime Release series which pays homage to the founders' days as trawlermen off the coast of West Cork. This rather unique bottle design is based upon old vintage fishing floats and created with an off centre spout to encourage a smoother pour. On the palate, this virgin oak ageing offers some spicy notes to the smooth whiskey, with additional notes of hay, oak chip, vanilla, and some black pepper in the finish.
