Ballykeefe First Release Single Pot Still Whiskey

Ballykeefe Distillery, located in Kilkenney, is a family-owned Single Estate Whiskey Distillery, built in 2016 and began distilling whiskey in 2017. The whiskey is triple distilled from barley grown and harvested on the family farm. The Ging family have long standing family tradition of farming which goes back centuries. The whiskey is distilled in Irish designed, Italian made, copper stills, using deep well Ballykeefe water. The first release of seven individually bottled casks of Single Pot Still includes 986 bottles at 46% ABV. Only 700 of these special celebration bottles have been released for sale.
