The name honours the renowned, Ellen Cuffe, Countess of Desart, an exceptional politician and philanthropist in early 20th century Ireland. Ballykeefe Distillery is proudly located on her former estate.

Pre-sneeze pepper hit, with a spruce like hit of juniper and fresh perfumed notes of citrus fruits.
