Killowen Peated Rum & Raisin

Crafted with care and character, this bold single malt is first aged in bourbon casks before being expertly divided and finished in Killowen’s own Dark Rum and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Sourced from GND in County Louth and finished at Killowen Distillery, this whiskey beautifully balances rich PX sherry notes of prunes, figs, and raisins with the tropical sweetness of Caribbean rum – think coconut, vanilla, and subtle spice.
