Another addition to this Danish series from the company EtOH, this time with a distillate for which wood from ex-Burgundy brandy casks and ex-Vin doux naturel has been used: a seven-day ageing process that pays homage to Bonaparte, baguette and France! The new make of Scottish origin is aged for three years ex-bourbon casks, before being aged for 7 days with revolutionary methods in Burgundy Brandy and Rivesaltes Vins doux natural barrels. EtOh utilises high-frequency ultrasound, heat and oxygen to accelerate the ageing process of spirits in a custom-built reactor called the Jenson Reaktor. Through these revolutionary methods, EtOh is able to age a spirit in just days, while preserving the complexity and nuance of a decade-old aged spirit.
