Introducing one of the three Single Pot Still expressions launched for the Summer Solstice of 2024 by Boann Distillery. These casks were filled with a mixed mash bill Single Pot Still distillate which included malted barley, unmalted barley, oats and rye. All of these grains are Irish and grown locally. The whiskey received a final ageing in Fine Marsala Butts made from Quercus Petraea French oak sourced in collaboration with the famous Marsala house, Cantine de Vinci.
