Kinsale Wild Forest Whiskey Mead

Introducing the very first mead to be aged in Irish whiskey casks! This Kinsale mead was fermented from dark, smoky honey intense Forest honey from Galicia in Northern Spain and then seasoned with single pot still Irish whiskey. The blend was then matured in special hogshead casks from the Midleton Distillery, resulting in a stellar blend of Irish heritage and innovation. Lush and honeyed with delightful single pot still notes.
