Kings Ginger Liqueur

50cl

Named after Edward VIII, who lived life in the fast lane and health started to deteriorate. Berry Bros. and Rudd were called in for a solution to revive the Majesty and came up with a high strength liqueur made from ginger. Fresh ginger is shredded into tiny pieces before being steeped in water. It is then macerated in neutral spirit for four weeks, lemon oil distillate is then added before being bottled. To be appreciated on it's own, cocktails or long drinks.
