Whiskey sommelier Roberto Appendino of the Temple Bar has taken inspiration from his native country Argentina's history of winemaking and merged this with his passion for Irish Whiskey. This single malt was matured for 14 years in Bourbon casks before a finishing in hand-selected Malbec casks from the Bianchi family winery in Mendoza.
