Two Stacks Apple Brandy Cask
A unique 5 part blended whiskey from Two Stacks! This release is quite the blend as it is made up from 40% dark grain aged in virgin oak casks, 40% light grain aged in ex-bourbon, 8% pot still aged in oloroso sherry, 10% double malt aged in bourbon casks, and 2% peated malt aged in bourbon casks. This incredible blend is then given a further 12 months of resting time in a 200L American oak apple brandy cask. Limited to just 282 bottles and bottled at cask strength.
