Each bottle is numbered and signed by Cellar Master, Philippe Etignard. The palate is round, ample, and exceptionally long, with notes of roasting (coffee, dark chocolate), caramel, dried almond, and liquorice.

Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water) At first it evokes cinnamon, candied fruit, oak wood. It then evolves into notes of beeswax, tarte tatin and presents notes of cedar, orange peel and brown tobacco.
Flavour The palate is round, ample, and exceptionally long, with notes of roasting (coffee, dark chocolate), caramel, dried almond, and liquorice.
