A mini 5cl offering of this incredible collaboration between Boann Distillery and its sister brewery Boyne Brewhouse, resulting in a fantastic, complex blend with a plethora of flavours and detailed aromas. This was created by filling Sherry Hogshead barrels with their award-winning Imperial Stout which was then left to mature for six months. Once these barrels were emptied, the Whistler Premium Blend was filled into these casks, hence the Imperial Stout Finish.

Aromas (without water)
Dry nose, with incredibly creamy milk chocolate, walnut, ground coffee, and a hint of vanilla and demerara sugar.
Flavour
Dry palate, with an incredibly creamy mouthfeel. Dark chocolate, with undertones of coffee come through the nose, which are rounded out by hints of caramel.
