A stellar single malt release from Hyde Whiskey distilled from 100% malted barley. Matured in flame charred, first fill, ex-bourbon white oak casks before being finished in juicy Calvados Garnier casks from Normandy in France to add incredible notes. On the palate, this release offers creamy peach, pear, watermellon, and vanilla with notes of apricot, baking spices, sweet pastries, flowers, and a long malty finish.
