Domaine Louis Moreau is a 50-hectare estate based in the commune of Beines in the heart of the Chablis appellation. Since vintage 2013, the Grand Cru Les Clos will age only in tank, on fine lees, with minimum intervention, to let it express all its minerality and purity. This chablis is a beautiful gold in colour with aromas of light florals, fresh green apple, ripe pear, lemon peel with lively acid, sharp minerality, with hints of lemon and white peach on the palate.
