Rich and complex, this is a stunning 1er cru from the iconic Domaine Louis Moreau in the heart of the Chablis appellation. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine goes through 100% malolactic fermentation and ages 18 months on the fine lees before bottling. It boasts notes of green apple and pear with a slightly smokey finish. Bright and well-balanced, will drink very well over the next 2-3 years.
