A quality single malt release from Hyde! Matured entirely in Bourbon casks. Triple distilled in a traditional copper pot still from malted barley and then patiently matured in flamed charred, first fill, ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky, USA. Expect delightful robust single grain spice notes with a touch of cracked black pepper, buttery vanilla, and charred oak. Beautifully long and lingering in the finish with a silky combination of oak and barley.
