Made from single pot still matured in a combination of chestnut oak and Pedro Ximenez sherry to create a wonderful spice, rich, mouth-filling, and tasty whiskey. Expect notes of walnuts, liquorice, plums, mocha and dark chocolate on the nose with dried fruit, caramel, chocolate and roasted nuts on the palate.
