Copeland Merchats Quay Ex Bordeaux Rum Cask Strength
This special release from Copeland Distillery consists of three whiskies – grain, double distilled malts and triple distilled malts. It is then aged in four different casks and finished for nine months in Bordeaux Grand Cru red wine casks which previously held Copeland Smugglers’ Reserve rum for a unique flavour. Non Chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.

The double distilled malt has been matured in an American first-fill bourbon cask and the triple distilled malt matured in an Oloroso sherry butt. The whiskey is then finished for 9 months in ex Bordeaux Copeland Rum barrels |
